Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services in the United Kingdom. By registering an account or making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. The Guest Recognition & Scoring System

To foster a respectful and sustainable hospitality environment, we operate a proprietary Guest Scoring System. This system allows us to reward guests for positive conduct while ensuring high standards of service.

1.1 Scoring Mechanism

• Scale: Guests are rated on a scale of 1 to 10 by the hotel staff following checkout.

• Criteria: Ratings are based on objective criteria, including room cleanliness, adherence to house rules (e.g., non-smoking policies), noise levels, and general conduct towards staff and other guests.

• Overall Score: Your “Overall Score” is a rolling average of your past ratings.

• 6-Month Deletion: Individual ratings are automatically removed from your record 6 months after the checkout date to ensure your Overall Score reflects your most recent conduct.

1.2 Privacy and Disclosure

Strict Privacy Protocol: Your specific rating history, individual hotel names, and detailed comments are NOT shared with other hotels. When you make a booking, only the specific hotel you have booked with will be granted access to view your Overall Score.

 

2. UK GDPR & Data Protection

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018:

• Transparency: You have the right to view your current Overall Score at any time via your user dashboard.

• Internal Comments: Any textual comments provided by hotels are used solely for internal quality control and dispute resolution. These are never shared with third-party hotels.

• Right to Rectification: If you believe a score has been applied unfairly or contains factual inaccuracies, you may initiate a “Dispute Request” through our support channel. We reserve the right to review and adjust scores based on evidence provided

 

3. Rewards and Benefits

• Complimentary room upgrades (subject to availability).

• Early check-in and late check-out options.

• Special discounts and loyalty rates.

Please note that these benefits are provided at the discretion of the participating hotels and are not guaranteed.

 

4. User Responsibilities

As a registered user, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the decorum expected in professional hospitality environments. Excessive negative scores may result in the limitation of access to certain promotional offers or platform features.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the accommodation providers. While we strive for accuracy in our scoring system, we are not liable for the individual actions or service levels provided by third-party hotels.
